Through a valued HPL partnership, we will provide your college with medical billing, Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), and appointment scheduling. This system will enable medical staff to effectively manage scheduling, patient information, billing, charge management, transaction management, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) submission and management, reporting, and more. The EMR system will provide a paperless, computerized digital record of every patient’s medical records, minimizing error and increasing efficiency. In addition, an online student portal will also be available with 24-hour appointment scheduling, secure messaging, and diagnostic test results.

Clinic Efficiencies

Centralized patient information for the front desk is gathered and presented in a user-friendly format to allow for quick review and decision making. Appointments can be scheduled, moved, or updated. Insurance eligibility can be performed prior to the patient’s arrival or quickly during check-in. Programmed notations and alerts can help ensure HIPAA requirements are followed and help eliminate medication or allergy errors.

Efficient Claims Processing

EDI Services offer same day delivery of claims and claim notifications as all providers can be contacted electronically. Staff can easily view a snapshot of the claims workflow and access more information for those claims that need additional attention. Additionally, we offer claims scrubbing which minimizes coding and compliance issues in a timely manner. Our comprehensive records management systems will provide an efficient and safe solution for the medical home’s back end needs.
