Training & Education

At HPL we believe that the correctional facilities we serve benefit immensely from a well-trained and continually learning workforce. Our training is designed to teach new skills, cross-train employees to work in teams and retrain employees for different functions. We combine in-house and on-the-job training with performance evaluation to ensure a well-trained staff at every site.
