• Regular audit reviews of facility healthcare operations to ensure compliance with policies.
• Annual policy, procedure and clinical protocol review and revision to comply with evolving correctional standards.
• Continuing Medical Education (CME) incentives for our healthcare providers.
• Reporting and review of all incidents of suicide, serious injury and death.
• Training and education in compliance with federal and state privacy laws including HIPAA.
• Risk management and employee safety training to ensure reduced liability.
• Legal review and monitoring of inmate litigation including medical malpractice and civil rights claims.
