Contract Management

The HPL Contract Management team oversees every aspect of each contract to ensure the highest quality of medical care and client services are provided. The manager assigned to each correctional facility develops agreements with local providers, monitors on and off-site services to assure quality and compliance and works in conjunction with the site manager to ensure the healthcare program is efficient and effective. Our contract managers are either registered nurses or licensed practical nurses, providing backup to a facility’s current nursing services.
