HPL is proud to serve a continually growing list of 129 facilities across 11 states. HPL’s corporate office is located in Illinois.

We currently offer medical and behavioral health services to correctional facilities in Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Missouri,Kentucky and Tennessee.
