CONTRACT MANAGEMENT The Contract Management team monitors all aspects of each contract to ensure the highest quality of medical care and client services. The manager assigned to each facility develops agreements with local providers, monitors on- and off-site services to assure quality and compliance, and works in conjunction with the site manager to ensure the program is efficient and effective.
