Alpena County, MI Jail

After partnering with HPL in February of 2009, Alpena County Jail has been able to increase the care they provide their inmates and reduce the time and liability of the officers. HPL has increased the breath of the facility’s services by partnering with a local mental health provider and facilitating future training for nurses and deputies on suicide prevention.
